Postage Policy

Domestic Postage:   We have a flat rate of $12 for Standard Parcel Post,  $20 for Express Post, Australia Wide.

Orders over $130 are Free Standard Parcel Post.

International Post:   Postage from Australia to overseas destinations must be calculated for each order.  Please contact us for a quote.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns:     We are happy to accept returns for faulty or defective items.    Please contact us by email at info@ablehandcrafts.com.au.     Please described the fault and upload a photo or two to help us assess the problem.   We will provide shipping address and return label once Return approved.


Refunds:   A full or partial refund will be approved after discussion with buyer and/or faulty item returned.
